ToolsGroup’s Michael Haiber and Stefano Novati Named Supply & Demand Chain Executive “Pros to Know” for 2021

17 Mar 2021

BOSTON, March 17, 2021 – ToolsGroup, a global leader in supply chain planning software, is proud to announce that ToolsGroup Pre-Sales & Alliance Director for Europe, Michael Haiber, and Vice President of Professional Services, Stefano Novati, were both named 2021 “Pros to Know” by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine.

This award recognizes outstanding executives whose accomplishments offer a roadmap for other leaders looking to leverage supply chains for competitive advantage. This year’s list includes individuals and teams from software and service providers, consultancies and academia, trucking and transportation firms, professional development agencies, sourcing and procurement divisions, and more, all who have helped supply chain clients and the supply chain community at large prepare to meet many of today’s—and tomorrow’s—challenges.

“In a world that rarely plays by the rules, Michael and Stefano embody ToolsGroup’s relentless focus on delivering value to customers,” said ToolsGroup CEO Joseph Shamir. “Starting from pre-implementation we align on target key performance indicator (KPI) levels and benchmark progress to accelerate time to value. Because our customers around the globe can meet or exceed their service level requirements while minimizing inventory, they’re ready for whatever tomorrow brings.”

Michael Haiber works consultatively with ToolsGroup buyers and customers to understand their supply chain planning objectives and problems, devise solutions and move them into production–all while educating and mentoring professionals in new technology and data skills. Michael has been particularly instrumental in the past 12 months working closely with companies in the fast-moving consumer goods industry on COVID-19 response and recovery.

Stefano Novati manages global professional services and has over 16 years of experience in the ToolsGroup professional services organization, where he manages large-scale projects, strategic planning and execution processes for supply chain optimization.
“While many companies have struggled to regain their footing as a result of COVID-19, this year’s Pros to Know winners stepped up to the plate to deliver innovative solutions and programs in a time of crisis and need. These winners collaborated, optimized, developed, educated and played a critical role in the survival and success of their company amid a global pandemic,” says Marina Mayer, Editor-in-Chief of Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Food Logistics. “I am honored to recognize these individuals and teams, and extend my utmost gratitude to everyone in the supply chain industry for their time, efforts and innovations to keep our nation’s supply chains afloat.”
