While we cannot unequivocally guarantee Kinexions '18 will be a pumpkin spice free zone (after all, there are venues at the Gaylord Hotel at which one may procure hot, caffeinated, assumingly seasonally themed beverages), we can let you in on the identity of secret keynote speaker we've kept under wraps until now -- Adam Grant.

Renowned TED Talk presenter, top-rated professor, #1 New York Times best-selling author

You'll likely recognize Adam. After all, Adam's TED talks on original thinkers and givers and takers have been viewed more than 12 million times, and he's been recognized as one of the world's 10 most influential management thinkers and in Fortune's 40 under 40.

On top of all this, Adam has been Wharton’s top-rated professor for seven straight years, and he's recognized as leading expert on how we can find motivation and meaning, and live more generous, productive (supply chains?) and creative lives. And isn't that what we all want?

Add to the list of Adam's accomplishments the achievement of #1 New York Times best-selling author of three books that have sold over a million copies and been translated into 35 languages:

  • Give and Take is a fascinating examination of why helping others drives success and was named one of the best books of 2013 by Amazon, Apple, the Financial Times, and The Wall Street Journal—as well as one of Oprah's riveting reads and Harvard Business Review’s ideas that shaped management.
  • Originals, How Non-Conformists Move the World explores how individuals champion new ideas and leaders fight groupthink. This #1 bestseller received high praise from the likes of  J.J. Abrams, Richard Branson, and Malcolm Gladwell.
  • And last but not least, Option B with Sheryl Sandberg, the bestseller on how to face adversity and build resilience, which comes recommended by Bill and Melinda Gates and Malala Yousafzai.

He also writes on work and psychology for the New York Times, has more than 2 million followers on social media, and the host of WorkLife, an original TED original podcast.
