I am sharing this research survey on behalf of Dr. David Nowicki of The Center for Logistics Education and Research at the University of North Texas’ (UNT) College of Business. It is an opportunity to consider some interesting and insightful questions about your supply chain, and get access to the latest research into supply chain resilience.

Valued Industry Partner,

The Center for Logistics Education and Research at the University of North Texas’ (UNT) College of Business is supporting a Ph.D. research initiative about supply chain resilience. We ask for your support of this study through the completion of an on-line survey designed to measure the impact of intra-firm decision-making processes and inter-firm relationship competencies on supply chain resilience. The findings of this study may provide great contributions towards understanding how a firm’s supply chain operations can be improved to enhance its business performance and customer value.

Your responses are voluntary and will be confidential, but please be aware that your participation involves risks to confidentiality similar to a person’s everyday use of the Internet. All responses are anonymous and will be compiled and analyzed together as a group. Please allow 20-30 minutes to complete the survey.

The results of this research are anticipated to be published in a refereed journal article and industry-oriented white paper. We will gladly share an executive summary or the white paper with anyone who completes the survey, based on this request.

If you agree to participate in this study, a link to the survey is provided below.
