RELEX Announces that The Vitamin Shoppe Has Chosen its Integrated Supply Chain Solutions

RELEX Solutions is pleased to announce that The Vitamin Shoppe, a leading omni-channel specialty retailer of nutritional products, has partnered with the Company to ensure its customers can easily find the products they need to live their best lives — however they define it. RELEX’s supply chain solutions will service over 750 The Vitamin Shoppe locations and the e-commerce platform, as well as the two distribution centers that support its operations.

With more than 13,000 products being provided by 700+ suppliers, The Vitamin Shoppe’s inventory requirements are quite complex. Through this partnership, the company will adopt an integrated supply chain strategy, first improving the accuracy of demand forecasts, then using those forecasts to optimize store and distribution center replenishment and allocations. RELEX will also provide promotion optimization to keep availability high while reducing the burden of excess stock.
