I worked with the World Kitchen team in the period of 2002-2008. It is the best example of a company systemically managing item complexity that I have seen. The process helped World Kitchen manage inventories through bankruptcy filing in 2002. It is frequently requested, so I wanted to reshare this case study with my readers.
