Amazon and Anticipatory Shipping: Revisiting This Highly Publicized 2013 Patent Ten Years Later

Amazon’s patent for anticipatory shipping generated quite the media buzz a decade ago. The authors then describe the progress necessary for something like anticipatory shipping to change business models.
