Prime Minister Gaston Browne of Antigua and Barbuda said "Barbuda right now is literally a rubble" as 95% of buildings were damaged and 40% of the country’s total population were left homeless. The state’s economic output in 2016 was at $815B, making it the fourth largest economy in the US. Florida’s economy may also be affected.
