May 31 — Canada’s Modern Slavery Act (MSA) Canada’s Fighting Against Forced Labor and Child Labor in Supply Chains Act—also known as the Modern Slavery Act (MSA) —went into effect on January 1, 2024. Smaller exporters will have until June 30, 2025. Companies must submit the required data by May 8, 2025.
