The connected warehouse of 2030 will literally live up the term “connected”. Perhaps we’ll also see a lot more automated public warehouses and 3PL providers that specialise in lights-out warehousing. In the United States, the state of Nevada has already licensed autonomous trucks for commercial operation on its roads.
