Over the course of trip to Atlanta to connect to Peru, we began a discussion. P&G’s rate of improvement on the Metrics That Matter was lower than the peer group. They got good at Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and tied the output to decisions on what to make in contract manufacturing. Supply Chain 2030.
