All top 100 companies in Japan and Mexico produce an annual sustainability report. However, earlier in the year Hershey was named in a lawsuit regarding child labor abuses in Cote D’Ivoire.

Coke and PET Sustainability: Pepsi Wins Pepsi’s target metrics include cutting virgin plastic from non-renewable sources per serving 50% by 2030. Pepsi went backward on this target in 2022 by 2% on the first metric and 11% on the second. Pepsi has also piloted and launched a bioPET bottle in Mexico with renewable materials.
