Rates rise, but gains may be temporary

Denver to Albuquerque jumped 28¢ to $2.35/mile. Elsewhere, the sharpest increase in freight activity were in Texas, where both Dallas and Houston look strong. In fact, van trends from Houston are much stronger than flatbed trends. Denver to Oklahoma City gained 21¢ to $1.41/mile.
