To gain organizational support to drive change, Nick ran two more simulations: one in Hong Kong and a grease plant in Belgium. The two simulations were different flows, but both demonstrated similar benefits – about a 15%-reduction in finished goods in Hong Kong and a 20%-reduction in finished goods in Belgium. Talking numbers worked.
