Jacksonville. The Port of Jacksonville remains at Port Condition WHISKEY and all gates remain open. The Georgia Ports (GPA) continues to monitor the forecasted track of Hurricane Michael and any impact it may have on our area. Based on the forecasted track, GPA continues normal operating hours at GPA facilities.

Contrary to initial forecasts that projected Irma would make its way up the East Coast, the storm took a critical turn once it hit the Florida Keys and is now moving westward along the Florida coast. Petersburg, Port Everglades and Jacksonville were closed to traffic on Sunday, September 10.
