Where Did Reefer Rates Rise the Most Last Week?

Chicago to Kansas City also climbed 23¢ to $3.02/mile. Denver to Salt Lake City climbed 15¢ to $1.80/mile. Load counts are still high in Southern Idaho , and in general, westbound and southbound lanes were up, while eastbound lanes tended to have lower rates.

Reefer Capacity Gets Tighter Ahead of Thanksgiving

The biggest spike was the lane from Chicago to Kansas City , which surged 49¢ up to $3.10/mile. In general, eastbound lanes out of Southern Idaho paid better last week than they did the week before. Of the top 72 reefer lanes, 39 had rising rates, while 33 lanes were down. Chicago to Minneapolis also climbed 21¢ to $2.76/mile.

Expect Traffic Jams on Monday, as Eclipse Crosses 8 States
