Rock Island, IL, to Indianapolis also climbed to $3.03/mile. Flatbed rates were down out of a handful of Sunbelt markets: Atlanta, Savannah, Fort Worth, and Phoenix. Phoenix to Ontario, CA , was also down, at $1.81/mile. Las Vegas to Sacramento averaged $3.19/mile. Roanoke, VA, to Harrisburg, PA, surged to $3.41/mile.
