XX and XY: A Different World in Supply Chain

It is such a very different landscape than the green mountains of my farm in West Virginia or my city streets in Philadelphia. There was no line in the bathroom at the Kansas City CLM conference in 2001, but there will be at the CSCMP conference in San Antonio in 2013. It appears SO barren from my window in seat 4D.

Early winter storms could cause freight schedules to slip

Over the weekend, Winter Storm Diego blanketed Charlotte, Raleigh and many miles of highway in North Carolina, extending east to Tennessee and north to Virginia. It also snowed in Chicago, Omaha, and Kansas City, but nobody gets quite so worked up about that. That means a lot of freight delivery schedules are going to slip.
