Resins was a market that was just getting to the point of being balanced with demand following COVID, but continues to experience record high pricing, and difficulty in sourcing. We are also seeing difficulty for sourcing upstream PVC chemicals like chlorine and caustic soda, and there are a lot of buyers out there for those materials.
