Co-location of supply chains will reduce disruptions, complications with transportations, government regulations, etc. My first Monday in, I asked for a full report of all our supply chain metrics, and my analyst told me he could get it to me by Friday. and will operate more efficiently. I told him I needed it NOW, not in a week.
