Bocconi University Selects JAGGAER for Supplier Management

JAGGAER ONE is the Milanese academic institution’s chosen solution for e-procurement

MILAN, November 15 2021 – Bocconi University, a scientific and cultural reference point in European and global economic, managerial, social and legal sciences, has chosen JAGGAER to manage its procurement. Present for many years in the main rankings of the world’s best universities, Bocconi has entrusted two substantial tasks to the JAGGAER One software suite: the digitalization and integrated management of the supplier register, and tenders for the purchase of goods, services and projects.

The new platform, released in April after a three-month implementation phase, makes it possible to centralize the procurement function in full integration with the SAP ERP system and achieve the anticipated objectives: better traceability and collaboration, adherence to the highest standards of compliance, an improved rationalization of workflows, avoiding time wasted on low added-value tasks, and the transition from traditional paper-based document management to a paperless environment.

But above all, JAGGAER enables Bocconi to manage the qualification of suppliers in an agile and structured way, framed by requirements that may change over time, based on the extremely rigorous policies of the University, ensuring the constant updating of the required documents in a simple and transparent way.
