It’s indicative of a soft freight market, a drop in industrial production, and lower world oil prices. Russ Aborn: It could be that they are culling the freight that is not as profitable as they’d like. Based on what we’ve seen, they certainly are not pricing new freight aggressively to secure new business. All excellent points.

Our supply chain involves a contract manufacturer, a third-party testing facility, warehouses to store inventory and a freighting company. For example, if my contract manufacturer is late with an order it can cause me to incur excess costs with the freighting and warehousing companies, respectively.
