In March, the EV automaker unveiled “ Master Plan Part 3 ” whose aim was sated as becoming the largest automaker by volume by 2030. Instead, Musk indicated that Tesla is not ready to go “ full tilt ” on construction because of the state of the global economy. That equated to the ability to produce and sell 20 million vehicles globally.
