SUBSTITUTED SERVICE (ALTERNATE PORT SERVICE) This provision shall govern the transfer of cargo by trucking or other means of transportation at the expense of the Carrier. All transportation of cargo prior to the point at which Carriers rates begin to apply as set forth above shall be at the risk and expense of Merchant. See Rule 14).
