Carrier will provide through intermodal service via all combination of air, barge, motor and rail service. Rates that are ramp or CY at origin apply from the inland rail carriers ramp at the place of receipt of the cargo by Carrier. Rates that are door at destination apply to Merchants facility at the place of delivery.
