And in the most emotional finish of the day, Henry Richard finished the race nine years after his brother, Martin, died during the 2013 Boston Marathon bombings. In the men’s race, Kenya’s Evans Chebet crushed the field over the final 5 miles to capture his first World Marathon Major win. A truly inspiring Marathon Monday as always.
