In early 2013, Belk launched a vendor-direct program. Located in Coopertown, Tennessee, the company’s new fulfillment center (built in 2016) is large enough to house 22 football fields. When customers order items not stocked at one of Belk’s fulfillment centers, those items are shipped directly from the vendor.
