This is despite the purchase of Terra Technology Demand Sensing and Multi-tier Inventory Management (MEIO) in 2014 for 12-14M$ (including implementation). The solution was too black box. Hence the solution couldn’t be much maintained. We started the pandemic with twenty-one more days of inventory than we had in 2007.

After a couple of quick questions about the product that she had purchased, it was obvious to me that the product itself had the right features.
