The West Coast is starting to see the freight that shipped from China after the Chinese New Year celebrations ended. port for those ships, and that freight was already being loaded onto trucks last week. Cleveland to Milwaukee increased 50¢ to $4.38/mi. Oil-related freight movements from Houston are definitely in a lull.
