Amazon plans to build delivery robot tech in Finland. Amazon has announced that it plans to develop new technology for its autonomous delivery vehicles in Helsinki, Finland. Venues outside the greater Tokyo metropolitan area would allow small numbers of spectators, and the policy for the Paralympics will be decided next month.
