Further reported was that supplier delivery performance levels deteriorated for the first time attributed to trucking and transportation delays. The only country with positive PMI growth was Greece , while Germany, France and Austria PMI levels were the lowest, Austria being 43.0 up 2 percentage points from the 47.1 percentage points.
