Demand for vans continues to heat up on the West Coast, boosting load-to-truck ratios in California, Oregon, Idaho, and Utah. to Stockton , possibly due to expanded capacity at the Ports of Stockton and Oakland. Denver to Oklahoma City plummeted 24¢ to $1.38/mile. Rates fell on the lanes from L.A. Hot Markets.
