My order of unsweetened ice tea was wrong 55% of the time. In my work with clients, customers bandy about the term “customer-centric supply chain.” ” I find most of these discussions are loquacious, even bellicose, but not actionable. As a pragmatic gal, they make me itch. The response is a long sigh. Wrong Stuff.
