In a prior Supply Chain Matters blog commentary published on Monday of this week , we highlighted that commercial aircraft fuselage, structural component, and engine pylon supplier Spirit AeroSystems has reached a tentative agreement in labor contract renewal talks with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM).

In prior Supply Chain Matters commentary , we have highlighted that commercial aircraft fuselage, structural component, and engine pylon supplier Spirit AeroSystems was involved in tense labor contract renewal talks with upwards of 6,000 workers represented by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM).

In Wichita we visited the plant where the fuselages for both the 737 and 777 are made. Both the AIA events had great tours.

Program leaders who previously reported to Marnick will now report directly to interim CEO Shanahan.
