Manifest will be happening on January 31st through February 2nd, 2022 at the Caesar’s Forum in Las Vegas. We were in Las Vegas at the Paris hotel. My favorite restaurant in Vegas, Mon Ami Gabi, is at the Paris. When it started, it was a lot of discussion about over the road trucking and freight brokerage.

Last year, I attended a three-day conference in Las Vegas conducted by the Reverse Logistics Association, a trade group whose members deal with product returns, unsold inventories and other capitalist jetsam. The field is large and growing. When she tried to return it, Amazon told her to keep it, and refunded her $32.72.

There are countless possibilities, especially when you consider emerging technologies and delivery models like drones, driverless trucks, hyperloop, and the Uber-ization of freight.
