Volumes had the steepest declines in Atlanta and Houston , but Memphis van load counts spiked 13%. Houston to Oklahoma City rose 24¢ to an average of $2.04/mile. Atlanta to Memphis paid 22¢ better at $1.93/mile. Memphis to Columbus was up 17¢ to $1.94/mile. Fresno to Denver surged 52¢ to $2.70/mile
