I also believed that this company would have the best inventory and customer service. My favorites are customer service, operating margin, inventory turns, and ROIC. This week, I travel to Bentonville, Arkansas to facilitate a customer meeting on the use of channel data. I was wrong.

I was traveling from Northwest Arkansas airport (XNA) back home to Washington Reagan (DCA) and this alert put me into panic mode because I had to be at my home office for an important customer call the following day and knew there were limited flights available. And so has the supply chain.
