Some individual markets offered a lot of loads , and trucks were relatively scarce, creating opportunities in Southern and Eastern Oregon, Eastern Washington, Southern Idaho, much of Wisconsin and Indiana, and Western Pennsylvania.

Van Rates Fall 3¢, in Mid-Winter Slump

Rates rose for high-volume lanes originating in Denver , Houston and Atlanta , but outbound rates declined in Chicago and Philadelphia. Spring can't come too soon.
