The UP stopped moving containers for a week in SoCal for boxes moving to Chicago. Rail dwell time in SoCal is around two weeks, and rail dwell time in Chicago is 2-3 weeks. Due to the UP not moving containers, we are seeing the number of vessels at anchor rise again. .
