Recently my colleague covered an interview with Alex and it reminded me of his aptly titled presentation “Taming Complexity”. As a practice Supply Chain Management is made up of a bunch of engineers who pride themselves in their mathematical skills, and Alex, with a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, is a prime example.
