The flight into San Francisco on American was six hours late arriving at 7:00 AM EST. (I had scheduled the last flight out of Philadelphia on a Sunday night to spend the afternoon with my grandchildren.) Tired, I spent the day in San Jose. A sinus infection sounds very benign; but on this lovely day in San Jose, I was struggling.
