While touted as a digital procurement provider, it took the Company nine days to onboard me as a vendor, and two weeks to process a Purchase Order. All industries operate today with more inventory than in the pre-recessionary period of 2004-2007. Let’s learn from the past to unlearn to rethink supply chain excellence.

VTech drove significant improvement in operating margin through the recession of 2007-2009 and then drove improvement in both inventory margin and operating margin for the period of 2010-2012 with some regression in the period of 2013-2015. We would aggregate the data into a data warehouse and we would then chart it and identify the trends.
