Still easy to cover for all markets except outbound south Texas and Florida to the northeast as capacity out of these markets is harder to come by. . South Texas is heating up for outbound volume and capacity has tightened in response. This sentiment is a result of increased volume and more limited capacity in the region. .

Look for loads of trees leaving Oregon, and potatoes out of Idaho or North Dakota. Plus, when reefers are in high demand, van capacity tends to tighten up, too. Twin Falls, Idaho is a great source for outbound reefer loads, prior to Thanksgiving. You can build a successful TriHaul route back to L.A. and Canada.

Rates already started rising last week in Idaho and Michigan , and more loads moved out of a few of the top markets — namely Atlanta , Green Bay and Twin Falls. The ratio is a sensitive, real-time indicator of the balance between demand and capacity. Refer capacity is finally starting to loosen up.
