Ryder Acquires Whiplash, Expands Network

Whiplash’s assets will become part of Ryder’s supply chain services division, with CPG and retail making up about 40% of the overall business. Before both acquisitions, Ryder had 63 million square feet of space in its supply chain network. The deal is expected to close in early January.
